The Oaks
Julington Creek is a large scale planned community in NW St. Johns County Florida just South of Jacksonville. The community extends east from State Rd 13 approx. 3.5 miles on both sides of Race Track Road. Consisting of 4,200 acres, it includes 25 different subdivisions with more than 6,000 homes.
Residents in the community enjoy top rated schools, a marina, an unparalleled amenities center, excellent shopping, as well as a location convenient to business and commercial development in Jacksonville. Plantation Oaks
Plantation Oaks is the newest addition to Julington Creek Plantation, A security gated enclave with its own recreation area and bordered by lakes or wetlands. There are several different neighborhoods within Plantation Oaks including Plantation Estates, Plantation Grove and Magnolia Preserve. Builders in this section were ICI Homes, The Vintage Group, North Florida Builders and Sid Higginbotham Builder. This is the newest section of Julington Creek with homes still being built out starting in the low $300's.Durbin Estates
Durbin Estates is a waterfront enclave in Julington Creek designed for nature and boating lovers. Home sites in this peaceful and picturesque neighborhood are along the Durbin Creek Waterway. The water is fully navigable with depths between 15ft and 25 ft. Custom home builders in Durbin Estates were J.L. Smith Construction and Kicklighter Custom Homes.Other neighborhoods in Julington Creek Plantation include Sutton Hollow Oaks, Pine Crossing, Tiffany Oaks, Heritage Oaks, Manor Oaks, Sawmill Pointe, Pine Chase, Whispering Pines, Eastwood, Eastbranch, Westgate, Creekside II. The Woods at Deer Run is one other community in Julington Creek Plantation located just around the corner from the amenties center.
