Sebastian Cove is located on CR16 about a mile east of Interstate I95. It is 15 minutes from downtown St Augustine and a 1/2 hour from downtown Jacksonville. The subdivision has both single family homes and condos. This page shows the condos. This is a D R Horton development and this builder is financially strong and they are currently building more inventory. If you use their mortgage division they are currently paying the closing costs.
