The Commodores Club
The Commodores Club is a hidden away small sub division that looks like it has it's own caretaker. The lawns all seem perfect and everybody must have a green thumb. While there are some young families there is also a mix of retirees and empty nesters. Every Commodores Club resident that I have spoken with has commented on the wonderful neighbors. There is a community club and swimming pool. There is a lot of green space and a children's play ground. The homes are finished with stucco and all appear well kept. The location is hidden as it is not off a main road. The Commodores Club is just over the 312 bridge and close to the shopping and medical facilities on US1. The St Augustine amphitheater is a short distance away as is the beach.
